Lead time is usually 4-5 weeks. Full payment is required in advance before processing the order.
We met Michael at our appointment in the Kensington Showroom. He explained all the different types of fire available and proposed several options for us to choose from, and demonstrated them. He was also able to give advice on their correct fitting and installation.
The fires come with accessories which he also advised on, showed us examples and explained exactly what they were for and how to use them.
At the end of our appointment there was no pressure to purchase anything. However, we left completely confident of our options and choices and placed an online order shortly after.
If you are thinking about a Bio Fire, we highly recommend you speak with Michael first and get some sound advice.
I’ve now tried a few bioethanol products out there and I would say this one is the best I’ve seen - it burns well and with less odour than the competitors we’ve tried.

A great opportunity to buy again and this time I needed a large grate for my blocked fireplace in the living room and also and something to give extra warmth outside for our terrace. I ordered the White Cube tabletop fireplace after finding it whilst searching onlineandafter reading previous previews. It arrived within 3 days as advised by the seller and it was well packed to withstand the carrier system. Once assembled, it looks a very nice fireplace. I went with the white unit, purely for my own taste in colour, and it does look stunning. Well made and sturdy. I went for this unit as I can use it indoors or outdoors as required. Obviously, as it is on sale it makes this unit good value for money.
Super stylish product that has transformed our kitchen/family room. So easy and so clean compared to our wood burner in the lounge. We bought it for ambient aesthetic purposes but are pleasantly surprised with the heat output too.

My main issue is that it says burn time of 60 to 90:mins. On both burns I have had 30 mins with filling the receptacle 90 percent full as per instructions. So quite disappointing from a burn time perspective.

Regarding the burn time, we do state an approximate burn time of around 60 minutes in our technical information. However, this can vary depending on factors such as airflow and drafts in the room, which can cause the fuel to burn more quickly.
