The aura fragrance used alongside bio ethanol oil is really good, but dropping a star due to the cost.

The future has arrived .. invest in this method of heat .. not only cheaper but also more effective than the usual central heating … faster, cleaner and simple to achieve 👌

Bought this oil in preparation for the festive season and couldn't resist trying it out. I was not disappointed beautiful scent filled the room. Paired this with fibre glow my room smelled amazing and the fire was cosy. Can't wait for the winter nights to draw in.

I’ve now tried a few bioethanol products out there and I would say this one is the best I’ve seen - it burns well and with less odour than the competitors we’ve tried.

It’s arrived well packaged and looks very smart. When lit it is lovely.

My main issue is that it says burn time of 60 to 90:mins. On both burns I have had 30 mins with filling the receptacle 90 percent full as per instructions. So quite disappointing from a burn time perspective.

I ordered the White Cube tabletop fireplace after finding it whilst searching onlineandafter reading previous previews. It arrived within 3 days as advised by the seller and it was well packed to withstand the carrier system. Once assembled, it looks a very nice fireplace. I went with the white unit, purely for my own taste in colour, and it does look stunning. Well made and sturdy. I went for this unit as I can use it indoors or outdoors as required. Obviously, as it is on sale it makes this unit good value for money.

great solution for converting a fireplace - looks fantastic - prompt service and delivery

absolutely gorgeous and well-chosen set of logs, which easily fills a cylinder stove. my only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the colours don’t match ‘real’ wood stored at the bottom, which makes the difference between the two slightly more obvious. perhaps one very large log to place at the front might help the illusion of a real log fire?

Super stylish product that has transformed our kitchen/family room. So easy and so clean compared to our wood burner in the lounge. We bought it for ambient aesthetic purposes but are pleasantly surprised with the heat output too.
