I was looking for something contemporary for my new Eco Home rather than a traditional wood burning stove. The Saturn fits the bill perfectly, and its heat output is exactly what I need. Happy.
Excellent product makes the fire more attractive to look at
Small burner kit with the coal bricks fitted perfectly into our existing grate. The flame is a good size and the addition of embers mesh really makes a difference to the authenticity. Also surprisingly heat producing. Waiting for the weather to get colder now.
In.a property built in 1907 I have fireplaces with grates which are fairly small. I was looking for something I could use to compliment the existing grates and not to rip everything out and importantly in keeping with the age of the house. Thus is where the magic happened! I discovered Biofires Fibre glow mini which meant being able to insert the box inside the grate. Creates a realistic looking coal/ wood effect fire. Its so easy to use and saves having to make a real fire. Its made such a difference in my dining room. Thank you

Faulty Goods. Door on oven failed when first opened. Weld broken and unrepairable. Currently pursuing full refund from my credit card as charged for return of accessories.
We’re very sorry to hear you received a defective fire – this should not have happened. However, we’d like to clarify that the full story is not reflected in your comment. We offered you a replacement unit straight away and collected the defective stove from you with no extra charges. At the same time, you asked to return the pipe you had purchased, as a change of mind. We therefore collected two boxes and, in line with our policy, charged you only for the pipe return, as the stove was defective but the pipe was not.
When we explained this charge, you accused us of changing the pictures of the pipes on our website as you meant to buy a straight one, even though we have only ever sold and displayed angled pipes and never straight ones. Finally, you chose not to proceed with the replacement. The refund normally takes 3-5 days to appear on your account.
We always aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly, and we regret that on this occasion you were not satisfied with the outcome.
A beautiful little fireplace that warms up my summerhouse nicely. The flame is enchanting and such a delight to look at. I’ve had many positive comments!
