Happy to have this burner, easy to install & handle. It really lights up my home. For sure, I will recommend to my friends.
The fibre glow really works and gives a little sparkly heart to the fire helping to make it more realistic .
I am very pleased with my purchase of this fake fire burner. With the real flames, ceramic logs and the net it looks really very good and emits a bit of warmth as well.
I have purchased multiple burners now and the service and products are excellent. This purchase was a gift for my son for his new flat as he loved our burner and I know it will look great. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent service and delivery, contact at all times.
Absolutely stunning brings my living room together and gives off a good amount of heat
Delivered as per schedule and the fire didn't disappoint. Easy to set up, looks good and gives off decent amount of heat. Happy with the purchase. Thank you.
Absolutely love this tabletop bioethanol fireplace. It looks stylish and elegant, creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, and is perfect for relaxing evenings at home. The flame is beautiful, easy to light, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
Very neat good quality grate, fits perfectly in our traditional small fire place opening
The aura fragrance used alongside bio ethanol oil is really good, but dropping a star due to the cost.
The future has arrived .. invest in this method of heat .. not only cheaper but also more effective than the usual central heating … faster, cleaner and simple to achieve 👌
Bought this oil in preparation for the festive season and couldn't resist trying it out. I was not disappointed beautiful scent filled the room. Paired this with fibre glow my room smelled amazing and the fire was cosy. Can't wait for the winter nights to draw in.
Used fibre glow for first time so easy to use and gives a realistic, cosy glow to my fire. Love it.
Purchased Crystal Premium Bioethanol Fuel along with the Carrington Fireplace and have not been disappointed.
Excellent fire.Cannot fault the customer service either. All issues dealt with in a timely, helpful and professional manner.
Received as expected - no delays. Exactly what we need. Very good company for dealing with. Rang to arrange a suitable delivery date which is excellent given of working hours.
Great service product as described , arrived fast all good would use again top company 👍
I’ve now tried a few bioethanol products out there and I would say this one is the best I’ve seen - it burns well and with less odour than the competitors we’ve tried.
It’s arrived well packaged and looks very smart. When lit it is lovely.
My main issue is that it says burn time of 60 to 90:mins. On both burns I have had 30 mins with filling the receptacle 90 percent full as per instructions. So quite disappointing from a burn time perspective.
Thank you for your review.
We’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with the appearance and that it looks lovely when lit.
Regarding the burn time, we do state an approximate burn time of around 60 minutes in our technical information. However, this can vary depending on factors such as airflow and drafts in the room, which can cause the fuel to burn more quickly.
Awsome, is really hot used in medium size dining room.
Photos don't do product justice
Thank you
The fire glow takes the experience to a whole new level.
I brings the fire to life.
Should be a standard buy...
I ordered the White Cube tabletop fireplace after finding it whilst searching onlineandafter reading previous previews. It arrived within 3 days as advised by the seller and it was well packed to withstand the carrier system. Once assembled, it looks a very nice fireplace. I went with the white unit, purely for my own taste in colour, and it does look stunning. Well made and sturdy. I went for this unit as I can use it indoors or outdoors as required. Obviously, as it is on sale it makes this unit good value for money.
we are delighted with our fire, it looks fabulous, gives off impressive heat and the the aroma oil makes it smell like a real fire.
