At BioFires we have been fortunate enough to be asked to produce custom made fireplaces for some diverse and innovative projects.

These are custom orders made specially for customers who have particular requirements and discerning taste.

Not only we can help you plan and initiate your projects, but we can also create one of a kind, limited edition fireplaces tailored to your needs perfectly. This can often be a lengthy process, but don’t worry we are here to facilitate your requirements perfectly.

Custom projects require a minimum time of 3-6 months and incur a Bespoke Design Charge. Once the sample has been created, we will have to carry out multiple tests with the manufacturer for further testing. In order to do all of this we would require a non-refundable Bespoke Design Charge to cover the costs for producing, testing, shipping etc.

Once the order has been placed with us, we will then credit 50% of the Bespoke Design Charge
