We made this fragrance oil to use it near the flame. It creates a magical atmosphere as it spreads its enchanting aroma. It blends cinnamon, cloves, and other spices, evoking joyful memories of festive celebrations.

Just put a couple of drops in the Diffuser Dimples that are on the lids of all our Biofires burners.
IMPORTANT: Please do not drop the oil into the burner or mix it with the fuel otherwise it will only burn and not release any fragrance.
Our Aura Oil special formula evaporates slowly near the flame and does not burn.

How To Use
Use the eye-dropper to place 1-3 drops of desired oil into a Fragrance Diffuser fitted on the lid.
The oil will get heated up and release the fragrance.
Place your oil on the lid BEFORE igniting the fireplace, so it can heat up with the fuel and the whole of the fireplace. It is designed to be close to flames and has heavily decreased flammability, however it may catch fire when placed on already burning (hot) fireplace.
Do not put directly to fuel.
Do not use any other oils as they ARE HIGHLY FLAMMABLE, you will not get the result.,
Note: Aura oil may leave stains on your lid, if you use no accessories and wish to keep your lid clean, please make sure you wash it often.
To use Aura Oil without our dedicated lid, you have to have a rim around your fuel container as the oil will not smell if you put it in the fuel, it will simply burn out. It needs to be placed very close to the flame, so it can get heated up and slowly release the fragrance.
To clean your lid wash in soapy water, scrubbing the remaining oil with a dishwashing sponge. If you find your oil leftovers got left and dried up, you may need to soak the lid for a longer while and use i.e. a piece of cutlery to scrub the stains.

We met Michael at our appointment in the Kensington Showroom. He explained all the different types of fire available and proposed several options for us to choose from, and demonstrated them. He was also able to give advice on their correct fitting and installation.
The fires come with accessories which he also advised on, showed us examples and explained exactly what they were for and how to use them.
At the end of our appointment there was no pressure to purchase anything. However, we left completely confident of our options and choices and placed an online order shortly after.
If you are thinking about a Bio Fire, we highly recommend you speak with Michael first and get some sound advice.

I ordered the White Cube tabletop fireplace after finding it whilst searching onlineandafter reading previous previews. It arrived within 3 days as advised by the seller and it was well packed to withstand the carrier system. Once assembled, it looks a very nice fireplace. I went with the white unit, purely for my own taste in colour, and it does look stunning. Well made and sturdy. I went for this unit as I can use it indoors or outdoors as required. Obviously, as it is on sale it makes this unit good value for money.
Super stylish product that has transformed our kitchen/family room. So easy and so clean compared to our wood burner in the lounge. We bought it for ambient aesthetic purposes but are pleasantly surprised with the heat output too.

My main issue is that it says burn time of 60 to 90:mins. On both burns I have had 30 mins with filling the receptacle 90 percent full as per instructions. So quite disappointing from a burn time perspective.

Regarding the burn time, we do state an approximate burn time of around 60 minutes in our technical information. However, this can vary depending on factors such as airflow and drafts in the room, which can cause the fuel to burn more quickly.
