Using the bioethanol fireplace diffuser is super simple. Just add a few drops of the Aura Oil to the diffuser (dimples on the sides of the lid). Then let the scent spread throughout the room and create a magical ambiance.

IMPORTANT: Please do not drop the oil into the burner or mix it with the fuel otherwise it will only burn and not release any fragrance.
Our Aura Oil special formula evaporates slowly near the flame and does not burn.
Just put a couple of drops in the Diffuser Dimples that are on the lids of all our Biofires burners.

How To Use
Use the eye-dropper to place 1-3 drops of desired oil into a Fragrance Diffuser fitted on the lid.
The oil will get heated up and release the fragrance.
Most importantly, place your oil on the lid BEFORE igniting the fireplace. It is designed to be close to flames and has heavily decreased flammability, however it may catch fire when placed on already burning (hot) fireplace.
Also, please do not mix it with fuel.
Moreover, please, do not use any other oils as they ARE HIGHLY FLAMMABLE, as you will not get the result.
Finally, Aura oil may leave stains on your lid. Therefore, if you use no accessories and wish to keep your lid clean, please make sure you wash it often.
To use Aura Oil without our dedicated lid, you have to have a rim around your fuel container as the oil will not smell if you put it in the fuel, it will simply burn out. It needs to be placed very close to the flame, so it can get heated up and slowly release the fragrance.
To clean your lid wash in soapy water, scrubbing the remaining oil with a dishwashing sponge. If you find your oil leftovers got left and dried up, you may need to soak the lid for a longer while and use i.e. a piece of cutlery to scrub the stains.

In.a property built in 1907 I have fireplaces with grates which are fairly small. I was looking for something I could use to compliment the existing grates and not to rip everything out and importantly in keeping with the age of the house. Thus is where the magic happened! I discovered Biofires Fibre glow mini which meant being able to insert the box inside the grate. Creates a realistic looking coal/ wood effect fire. Its so easy to use and saves having to make a real fire. Its made such a difference in my dining room. Thank you

We ordered a bio fire. The website was easy to use. We were contacted promptly by the customer services for delivery who were very helpful. The product was well packaged & arrived quickly. The only thing we would have liked would have been how to order the ceramic logs but this was minor.
Really impressed with my Biofire so far. It’s much more than just a ‘good looker. ’ Even though it’s not been fully tested by a British winter, it certainly gives off some decent heat and is both easy to set up and manage. And, the luxury log set looks just like the ‘real thing. ’ Also, Biofires were extremely helpful in advising me throughout the buying process and beyond, when I had some further questions.
